Next Gen Equipment Training is the FIRST private heavy equipment training company to utilize the Cat© Simulators systems. They started the company to provide a career path for training and preparing new equipment operators to work in the construction and transportation industry. At the same time, they can help take existing heavy equipment operators to the next level of operation and production in the field.
