They will aid and accelerate construction careers for workers looking to get ahead and drive more people into our industry. Now more than ever, construction employers are seeking motivated & reliable new workers to fill the projected 45,000 industry job openings in Colorado by 2027. As a class participant you will be invited to attend a hiring fair that will connect you to potential employers during the 4th week of your CCN classes. Details and your preparation for the hiring fair will be provided during your class sessions.
Attending our in-person hiring fair will allow you the opportunity to communicate one-on-one with potential employers that are seeking new career minded workers for their companies. They are specifically looking for candidates that have proven their commitment to pursuing a career in construction by graduating from the CCN class.

Due to the COVID-19 virus, back in March of 2020 our Construction Careers Now team created a virtual Construction Careers Now class that had included a virtual hiring fair to keep construction workforce development efforts moving forward. Effective July 1st, 2021, we are now offering both in-person and virtual class and hiring fair options for students and contractors.

Construction Careers Now graduates are a great solution to building a new level of workforce. Our CCN graduates complete 4 weeks of in-person or virtual classroom activities exposing them to the world of construction and the opportunities ahead. The Construction Careers Now curriculum is taught by instructors with over 40 years of combined experience in addition to training from industry guest speakers as well.
